I had a newbie hygienist(just new to Pefferlaw but not new to the profession) named Monica who took the time to explain and elaborate everything she had done or about to do which is refreshing as in my experience prior to Pefferlaw Dental l felt like they ushered me into the chair and sent me away just as fast!
