I was very nervous going to the dentist, as I suppose many people my age are. I’m 70.
But, from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like an old friend. First, I met Michelle. This pleasant young lady made me feel like I was the most important person she’d talk to that day. She understood my nervousness and was so kind to talk and listen to me. She highly praised Dr. Sou’s work ethics and experience, making me feel more relaxed about being there. What a great person to be the first you meet.
Amanda was also a very kind lady. She took me to the chair room and made sure I was comfortable. Amanda also, explained everything she was doing. I liked that.
Dr. Sou, although late for the appointment, introduced himself with a smile and made me feel relaxed that he was knowledgeable in what he was doing.
I am so surprised 😲 that I am not worried about my next appointment when I’ll be getting a tooth removed.
Very disappointed. I’m a senior trying to live on less than 1,500.00 a month and pay for extras.
I had a quote for one price and at time to pay bill increased by 75.00.’
That’s my gas for the month.
Said cavity was bigger then thought… you took ex-rays so you knew the size.
Still have three cavities to be filled and was to have an introductory cleaning, free of charge. I guess nothing is free
Not happy
My gums were damaged accidentally by the drilling, instead of apologizing to his error and prescribing medication for the wound I was informed I would be tender for a few days from the band. It has been 2 and 1/2 weeks and I’m still healing. I would like to ad I was not informed of a personnel change prior, that would have been nice.
I’ve had no issues with this office until this change over.
