Everything was great, except that when I arrived, someone had the door open so I walked in. I didn't know I was supposed to wait outside or call the office. I felt like I had done something wrong - three people questioned me about it.

We enjoying our visit to the Pefferlaw Dental Centre. The staff is totally amazing. It becomes more of a visit then a dental appointment. Keep up the great work. :)

I was provided an appointment within 24 hours of calling with a broken and painful tooth. I'm grateful, since I had not been in to see anyone for a few year now (but that is another story). I completed the paperwork at reception (I'm presuming this was Michelle with whom I spoke on the phone the day before). It didn't take more than a half hour. Then I was escorted into a procedure room where I was made to feel comfortable by Laura. The background music kept things light and lively. An x-ray was taken by Laura of the affected tooth and promptly and clearly displayed on the monitor in front of me. My dentist arrived but did not introduce himself even after I mentioned my name and offered my hand in greeting. I still do not know the name of the dentist who operated on me. My dentist reviewed with me the circumstances concerning my tooth and the options available to me, as well as the pricing for each option. I was told the cost for today's work which included "scooping out" the cavity in the tooth and providing a 3-week temporary filling. Once I confirmed that I could afford today's work, the action heated up and Laura and my dentist accomplished what they said they would with great verve. Once the work was completed I was shown back to reception to pay. That went well and easily, though I was still in a fog from the work that had just been done. Two bouts of freezing required. I was not offered access (e.g. script from pharmacy, etc.) to any pain medication by my dentist. When the freezing wore off, there was residual pain from the work that had been done that lasted through the night and into today. It is now beginning to ease. I have an appointment in three weeks to check the tooth and hopefully replace the temporary filling with a permanent one.

Use to fear the Dentist. You have made coming to the Dentist a good experience!
