Thank you for the kind words about your first meeting with Dr. George. We agree he is going to be a great addition to the Pefferlaw Team. In regards to the individual in the room - we are very sorry we failed to inform you who they were and their purpose. Our staff participate in regular training, and from time to time our Senior team members join us to ensure we continue to offer the best service and experience possible. Laura is one of our Senior Assistants and was there to observe both Debra and Dr. George for the afternoon. Again, we apologize for this and have reminded the team to ensure their presence & purpose is known going forward.
