Dental review

The most pleasant, painless experience yet. Cheryl is always delightful and fun to talk with. I felt relaxed and comfortable, which has to occur at a Dentist's Office. The only thing is she continuously forgets to provide me with my new tooth brush!

Emergency dental appointment

Had a great experience they even called the next day to see how I was doing. Great staff, very friendly and explained everything to me. Made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands .

Andrew is a great addition to the dental staff, very friendly, meets you with a smile and a hand shake and escorts you to the receptionist afterwards. On the day of my appointment there was another individual in the room while my dental work was being done, in hind site it might have nice to be informed of who she was and why she was there. All in all very satisfied with the Pefferlaw Dental Office.

Thank you for the kind words about your first meeting with Dr. George. We agree he is going to be a great addition to the Pefferlaw Team. In regards to the individual in the room - we are very sorry we failed to inform you who they were and their purpose. Our staff participate in regular training, and from time to time our Senior team members join us to ensure we continue to offer the best service and experience possible. Laura is one of our Senior Assistants and was there to observe both Debra and Dr. George for the afternoon. Again, we apologize for this and have reminded the team to ensure their presence & purpose is known going forward.

tooth extraction

I was very happy with the whole procedure. everyone in office was more then willing to help with any questions I had, and were very informative. Thanks im trying to get my girlfriend to make an appointment :D

Excellent new Dentist

Excellent new dentist, does excellent work and friendly, willing to explain everything to you...tooth is still working and didn't require removal...a good thing.

For expert, thorough, gentle [when necessary :) ] cleaning I'm convinced there is none better in their profession than Cheryl Lodwick. My mouth presents a challenge with crowded teeth in a small jaw for an adult over 60.
